Three generations of Fuencaliente families have cultivated the wines that are the pride of our cooperative, always with dedication, hard work, and tradition. We toast to all of them.

Visit our volcanic winery, and we'll introduce you to its landscape and history.

A tour that begins in 1947 and reaches the present day of one of the most established wineries in the Canary Islands. From tradition in cultivation to the forefront of winemaking techniques, our guide will share with you our secrets and methods of production.

Our wines have a Denomination of Origin from the Island of La Palma and are made with minority grape varieties, which are our signature. They are the legacy left to us by the families who worked the land since the 1950s, a difficult time when cultivation was a heroic act. That effort is reflected in wines with a strong personality, just like the landscape that gives them life. Today, we remain true to those production methods, combining the artisanal tradition of our grandparents with cutting-edge winemaking technology. The result? Wines recognized nationally and internationally, naturally sweet Malvasía Aromática, and dry white or red wines with high alcohol content, complexity, and aging potential.
